I've been hanging around Neocities for a year or two now, but I don't think of myself as a webmaster in any serious capacity because progress is pretty slow. Mostly, this site is just a place for me to put things I like, so I only work on it when I feel like it.
Some of my favorite things are: puzzles, black tea, old-ish games, windy days, sci-fantasy, and udon noodle soup.
